Alexis Payette-Stroman, DVM, MPH, Certified Cat Friendly Veterinarian

Dr. Alexis Payette has been a general practitioner at Spring Harbor Animal Hospital since 2023. While originally from the Green Bay, WI area, she moved to Madison to complete her undergraduate studies and has grown to be a part of the area ever since! She continued her studies through UW Madison School of Veterinary Medicine and was awarded her DVM in 2023. Following Veterinary School, Dr. Payette continued to pursue education and received her Masters in Public Health through UW in 2026. Her special areas of interest include preventative medicine, zoonotic diseases, and community health (pets and people!). Dr. Payette takes pride in being able to provide a high quality of care to her clients and patients.

Outside of the veterinary clinic, Dr. Payette loves spending time outside with her middle-aged mutt George, road biking and playing ultimate frisbee.
